We all have a blood type.  We are either type A, B, AB. or O.

Type A is the most common type with Type B being the second most common.  Type AB is known as the universal recipient with some exceptions due to Rh factor. But, people with Type O blood are special.  Why?

In recent years, research has been done that links blood types with personality and diet.

Since blood is the nourishment for our bodies, it makes sense that different blood types would react differently to different foods.

The Japanese even use blood typing to choose potential job candidates, dating services for potential love matches and commercials for marketing sodas and other products.

While all blood types have their positives and negatives, Type O people are unique.  First of all,

Type Os are universal donors, meaning that they can donate blood to anyone.  Pretty cool, right?

Type Os tend to be leaders and are intuitive, focused, self-reliant and daring.

They handle stress better than other blood types and have strong immune systems, a well developed physique and a physically active nature.

But Type Os are at a disadvantage health-wise.  They’re prone to ulcers, thyroid issues, low hormone levels, and iodine deficiency.

Type O people are more likely to retain water, be obese, and have unwanted tumors.  They tend to have sluggish blood flow, so they need exercise to feel energetic.

Obviously many other factors influence your personality and health.  Genetics and environment always play a big role in our personalities and health.

But, I think that blood type theories are pretty fascinating. Do your own subjective research and see if you agree or disagree.
